Returns

At K Products, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare, haircare, beard care or lip care products unless the item is faulty or damaged.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is faulty
  • The item arrived damaged
  • We sent the wrong product
